Ioanna Pateraki

Ioanna brings over two decades of expertise as a Mechanical Engineer and Project Development Professional, having contributed to a diverse range of projects—from high-end residential properties to large-scale commercial facilities. Her technical acumen and strategic approach ensure that every project she undertakes meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

As an Associate at ARENCOS, Ioanna plays a pivotal role in project administration, consultant coordination, and construction documentation. With a meticulous eye for detail and a deep understanding of budgeting and scheduling, she facilitates the seamless execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

A graduate of the Technological Educational Institute of Crete with a degree in Mechanical Engineering (1994), Ioanna has accumulated extensive experience in the private sector, working with specialized mechanical engineering firms before establishing herself as an independent professional.

Since 2001, she has been operating as a freelance engineer, specializing in EOT permissions (Hellenic Tourism Organisation, ESL)—a critical aspect of real estate development and hospitality projects in Greece. Her proficiency in English has enabled her to build a strong network of international clients, offering expert guidance on regulatory compliance and project feasibility.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ioanna is also a dedicated family woman—she is married and a proud mother of two.
