The rental property is located in a plot by the sea and the building views comply with the area surrounding.

This a two storey construction which was designed exclusively for rental use on the south-west coast of Chania Prefecture in the region of Kisamos.

The area is bound by restrictions on the placement the shape and extent of the building volumes. The design originated from the intention to satisfy tenant privacy while ensuring the complex uniformity. The natural environment and the sea panoramic views imposed a minimal surrounding area alteration.

The simplicity in the design of the volumes was suggested by the construction material selection which is stone, wood and ecological cement.
